Tough Decisions

As the GBBM ministry grew, opposition and persecution increased.

  • Pastors were jailed, beaten and evicted from their homes and villages.
  • Pastor Naik and other Church Plannting Pastors (CPPs) received death threats.

Pastor Naik and Sujatha had committed their lives to the Lord and His service, but felt they needed to provide a safe environment for their children.

  • After much research, planning, prayer, and preparation, Naik and Sujatha made the difficult decision to send their children to school in the United States.

By God's Grace all attended:
  • French Camp Academy
  • French Camp, MS, for 18 months
God’s Special Plan

A funeral service was held in India to honor the lives of the Naik children.

Between 4 and 5 thousand people attended the funeral service.

The Christian service was broadcast over the India national television stations and watched by millions of people.

We know Sharron, Aaron and Joy impacted the lives of many people both in the United States and India as they shared the love of Jesus.

We also know that their funeral service had an eternal impact on the lives of many who for the first time heard the name of Jesus as they watched the funeral service.
