  • GBBM CPP witnesses to the Banjara person.
  • CPP shares Bible stories from The Big Story.
  • The Banjara person accepts Christ.
  • The new Christian is typically disowned by family, friends, and village members.
  • Persecution and lack of support can be severe.
  • The new believer joins a home church; their faith in Jesus grows as church members offer support.
  • The believer is baptized.
  • Believers complete the Disciple Training Manual and are encouraged to share their testimony.
To have success in a new village, the pastor must be a Banjara person as others are not accepted.
  • The believer may begin to travel with a CPP and share their testimony in neighboring villages.
  • Eventually the person will witness on their own, share their faith and the Gospel.
  • Will visit a new village several times per month with the intent of finding believers and starting a home church.
  • During this time, the “volunteer” is receiving ongoing training.
  • Candidates called to full time ministry spend time with Pastor Naik and other GBBM pastors to ensure they understand the costs of sharing the Good News in India with the Banjara people.
  • The trainee completes a one-year training program.
  • The new CPP and family relocate to a new village that allows access to 6 – 10 other nearby villages.
  • CPP and spouse develop relationships, share information from The Big Story, share the Gospel, and plant new home churches.
